Natijalar uy-joy narxlari o\u2018sishining susayishini ko\u2018rsatmoqda.<\/p>\n<p>Fevral oyida Toshkentdagi uy-joylarning o\u2018rtacha daromadliligi <strong>32,4%<\/strong> bo\u2018lgan bo\u2018lsa, oktyabrda bu ko\u2018rsatkich <strong>12,2%<\/strong>ga tushdi. Xonadon turi va joylashuviga ko\u2018ra daromadlilik quyidagicha farqlandi:<br \/>\n&#8211;<strong> 1 xonali xonadonlar:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Mirzo Ulug\u2018bek:<\/strong> Fevral oyida 25,7%dan oktyabrda 2,3%ga pasaygan.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Shayxontohur:<\/strong> Fevralda 50%, oktyabrda 17%.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>2 xonali xonadonlar:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Sirg\u2018ali:<\/strong> Fevralda 19,4%, oktyabrda 7,4%.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Shayxontohur:<\/strong> Fevralda 59%, oktyabrda 17,2%.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>3 xonali xonadonlar:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Bektemir:<\/strong> Fevralda 33,7%, oktyabrda 3,2%.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Yunusobod:<\/strong> Fevralda 48,7%, oktyabrda 13,7%.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>4 xonali xonadonlar:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Bektemir:<\/strong> Fevralda 37,9%, oktyabrda 2%.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Yunusobod:<\/strong> Fevralda 39,8%, oktyabrda 17%.<\/p>\n<p>Uy-joy narxlari o\u2018zgarishi natijasida olinadigan daromad ham pasaymoqda. Fevral oyida<strong> Shayxontohur<\/strong> tumanida uy-joy narxlari o\u2018sishi hisobiga daromad 35,8%ni tashkil qilgan bo\u2018lsa, oktyabrda bu ko\u2018rsatkich 5,5%gacha tushdi. Xuddi shunday, <strong>Mirobod<\/strong> (23,2%dan 1,9%gacha) va <strong>Yakkasaroy<\/strong> (16,1%dan 3,5%gacha) tumanlarida ham pasayish kuzatildi. M<strong>irzo Ulug\u2018bek<\/strong> (-2,6%) va <strong>Uchtepa<\/strong> (-2,4%) tumanlarida esa hatto salbiy natijalar qayd etilgan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uy-joylarni ijaraga berishdan olinadigan yillik daromad<\/strong> ham o\u2018zgarishsiz qolmadi:<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Shayxontohur:<\/strong> Oktyabr oyida 10% (fevralda 11,6%).<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Mirobod:<\/strong> Oktyabrda 9,8% (fevralda 10,4%).<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Yakkasaroy:<\/strong> Oktyabrda 9,5% (fevralda 10,5%).<br \/>\nIjara narxlari nisbatan arzon bo\u2018lgan <strong>Sirg\u2018ali<\/strong> (9,3%), <strong>Uchtepa<\/strong> (9,7%) va <strong>Chilonzor<\/strong> (9,3%) tumanlarida barqarorlik saqlangan.
