Savdolar 21,9 ming shartnomani tashkil etib, bu ko\u2018rsatkich<a href=\"https:\/\/review.uz\/oz\/post\/ceir-ocenil-situaciyu-na-rnke-nedvijimosti-uzbekistana\"> oktyabr<\/a> oyiga nisbatan 2,5 foizga oshgan. Shuningdek, yillik hisobda bozordagi faollik 0,8 foizga o\u2018sgan.<\/p>\n<p>Hududiy dinamikaga ko\u2018ra, noyabr oyida Xorazm viloyatida 15,6 foiz va Buxoro viloyatida 8,4 foiz ko\u2018chmas mulk shartnomalari o\u2018sishi qayd etildi. Surxondaryo viloyatida 18,1 foiz, Buxoro viloyatida 11,9 foiz va Qashqadaryo viloyatida 10,2 foiz sezilarli o\u2018sish kuzatildi. Toshkentda esa ikkilamchi uy-joy narxi 0,2 foizga oshib, o\u2018rtacha 1,1 ming dollarni tashkil etdi.<\/p>\n<p>Qoraqalpog\u2018istonda eng maqbul narxlar saqlanib qolgan bo\u2018lib, kvadrat metr uchun o\u2018rtacha narx 333 dollarni tashkil etdi. Toshkentning Mirobod, Shayxontohur va Yakkasaroy tumanlarida ijara narxi 10-11 dollar atrofida bo\u2018lib, yuqori darajada saqlanib qolmoqda. Biroq, o\u2018tgan yilga nisbatan ijara narxlari 10,7 foizga pasaygan.
